2) Identify involved opponents and/or competitors
3) Anticipate impact of change on their current reality
4) Consider readiness to prevent emerging problems
5) Identify opportunities from above perspectives 
6) Examine strategies to capitalize on Opportunities
Create a derivative storyboard for each of above. 


Concerns

1) Identify 4 to 6 concerned stakeholder (s) groups
