extent of support provided.
Strategic Transitions Inc. clients purchasing at the business
and professional price will receive our Business
Templates CD and can reasonably request the numbered templates and
models appearing on our web
site. In addition, we can suggest ways for you to utilize Inspiration®
software
within your own context or that of your clients, above and beyond those methods
already recommended to you by Inspiration® software or via our web site. We can
also recommend text and web resources to help you achieve your visual thinking,
visual learning and strategic transitions objectives.
Purchasers of business or education multiple computer licenses can also apply for the
above support in the form of "Resident Expert Support". For more
information, please contact J. J. Serre - See coordinates at the end of this
message.
When you contact us for concept support, please provide us with your STI
account number located on your copy of your paid invoice as well as your CD
serial number located on the white envelope containing your CDROM.
Please note that Inspiration Software® Inc. has appointed our company, Strategic
Transitions Inc. as International Inspiration® Solutions Providers for Business
and Professional Applications.
Strategic Transitions Inc. has also been appointed as Inspiration's Global
Commercial Distributors and Exclusive Canadian Distributors.
